Roasted red peppers

Roasted red peppers have such a different aroma after being roasted, they are very easy to make too.

Wash the skin and lay them on their sides on a foil lined sheet.

Roast at 350F for 20 minutes or until the skin is charred, then flip them to their other side for another 20 minutes. Both sides should have some black spots or areas to show they are roasted.

Take them out, place in a big bowl, and cover it with a plate to let them steam. This helps to easily peel off the charred skin.

Let them cool before slicing and enjoy on their own, in your pasta, in your salad…!
